We have known Nicole Sweeney and her husband for many years. As we started thinking of who we would choose as a realtor to sell our Livermore home, we knew Nicole was the one - especially when we would see her frequently walking around the neighborhood with her monthly newsletters - always with a smile. Nicole visited our home to give us ideas and suggestions for putting our house on the market. As we began the process, Nicole was very diligent and detailed in walking us through each step to make sure our home was presented at its best. We have worked with many realtors, over the years, buying and selling primary and rental properties. We can say without question that Nicole is the BEST Realtor we have ever worked with. Not only did she navigate a high anxiety home sale process on a normal basis, but she successfully sold our home for top dollar, within days of listing, in the middle of the coronavirus pandemic. Should we list, should we wait, how will the market change, what is the pricing strategy, etc.? Nicole was very forthcoming and knowledgeable about the real estate landscape and helped guide us in our decisions of when to list and what the right price was. She assisted my wife and I with selling our South Livermore home (over asking price!) and purchase of our new home in Granite Bay in 2020. I have worked with many real estate brokers and agents on several real estate transactions over the years and can say with confidence that Nicole is the best realtor I have ever used. Nicole has qualities that make her an extremely successful and effective agent, and has an amazing network of vendor partners who got our house ready for sale.
