About Nicole
Throughout my real estate career, I have learned how to best serve my clients by putting myself in their position. What would I be looking for in a real estate agent? What would my expectations be? Not only does the process of buying or selling a home change over time, but the market is constantly changing as well.
As a real estate professional, my role is to educate, advise and guide my clients through what can be a challenging process. I take this role very seriously.
Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest and most important financial decisions a person makes. Having spent many years serving as a Sales Representative, District Manager, Account Executive, and Northwest Regional Manager in the general merchandise industry, I had many opportunities to practice and refine my marketing, sales, and negotiation skills in calling on major regional and national accounts.
I bring this skill set to the table on behalf of my real estate clients. I recognize the importance of maximizing the return on my clients' investments and the value of every single dollar exchanged. I am fully committed to providing an exceptional level of personal service to my clients. I make a concerted effort to be proactive, constantly looking ahead to be best prepared for any scenario.
With the highest level of integrity, I do whatever is necessary to get the job done. I make it my priority to clearly understand my clients' needs, wants and objectives and to provide information and explanations to possible questions before they even surface. I am in regular communication with my clients so that they remain informed as to exactly what is taking place at any given time.
My family and I are proud to live in an area with such a strong sense of community. Whether we are serving on various boards, volunteering in our schools and community-based organizations, or creating and participating in events and projects in support of humanitarian efforts, we believe in doing our part to help make the Tri-Valley an amazing place to live.
My work ethic, commitment, and dedication reflect who I am as a professional and as a person. My biggest reward is to exceed my clients' expectations, create a positive experience for them, and maybe even gain a lifelong friend in the process.
"To give real service, you must add something which cannot be bought or measured with money, and that is sincerity and integrity." - Doug Adams
