We have known Nicole Sweeney and her husband for many years. As we started thinking of who we would choose as a realtor to sell our Livermore home, we knew Nicole was the one - especially when we would see her frequently walking around the neighborhood with her monthly newsletters - always with a smile. Nicole visited our home to give us ideas and suggestions for putting our house on the market. As we began the process, Nicole was very diligent and detailed in walking us through each step to make sure our home was presented at its best. Nicole gave us the very personal touch of going through each set of documents in great detail. She never minded answering any questions we might have morning, day, or night. When Covid hit, Nicole made sure through texts and emails that we understood all the new rules for house inspections, staging, and showing our home. Nicole went above and beyond. She always took a personal interest in anything we talked about, and even took charge of items we wanted to sell or give away prior to our move.
